Reverence is a sculpture in Vermont, created by Jim Sardonis in 1989, depicting two whale tails "diving" into a sea of grass. Symbolizing the fragility of the planet, the sculpture is crafted from 36 tons of African black granite, with the tails standing 12 to 13 feet tall.
