FAQ
-
Have you photographed at my venue before?
We have photographed at hundreds of venues, so there is a good chance that we have. If we have not, we will do a site evaluation prior to the day to be sure of optimal backdrops.
-
Do you do destination weddings? What additional fees are associated?
While we are based in Easton, MA, we serve clients around the world. The photography packages are the same with airfare, hotel, and transportation added per diem. We have photographed weddings in various states including New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Costa Rica, and Bermuda.
-
Which photographer will be shooting my wedding?
You may request to meet with specific photographers; otherwise, we will make the decision based on personality and availability.
-
My venue is very dark. How do you handle these situations?
We have photographed in the darkest of venues so don't worry. If the situation allows, we will set up additional lighting to make sure we have very appealing photographs. Some churches do not allow for flash photography; we photograph with cameras that are amazing in low-light.
-
Is there a style or quality difference among your team?
No. We take every measure to ensure consistent style and quality among our photographers. We do tailor our shooting style and techniques to our clients' requests as well.
-
Do you touch up all images?
Yes we do. Every image we deliver is post processed with our unique style of processing. This involves color calibration, exposure adjustment, selective black and white, and clarity adjustments. Retouching that is not photographic style such as blemishes and skin softening is not retouched and can be added to your photography package at lab rate.
-
What happens if we go over contracted amount of time?
We understand that not everything goes as planned in regards to timing. We never pack up before contracted time is over, and will not leave on the dot. We will ask you at the end whether or not you would like to extend. The going rate is $150 tax/hour.
